Horrible, dirty, no phone ,wasn't a pleasure to be here, should be ashamed to give even a 1 star review. The pictures on websides are very deceiving.
Horrible. Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like a bodega. There was actually incense burning recently before we arrived. Was afraid to let my son touch anything. There were stains on the walls as well as the towels. The air conditioner looked like it was installed by a child. They actually used drywall for structural support. Wouldn't refund money after my wife accidently booked. We called minutes after it happened.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. I made reservations a week before I was going to go to have a family get away. Giving them one night pay, as they requested. Unfortunately someone in my family got really sick and we are unable to go. When I call to cancel the lady on the line so rudely said they don't do refunds 30 days with in reservations. I told her I made the reservations a week ago and on the web site it said nothing about the 30 day policy. When she asked if I wanted to go a different day I said no because there was no way I'm staying there and give my business to this place while being spoken to so rudely. I said I wanted my refund. She said there's no way. That's beyond ridiculous. Awful customer service. And by the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks this place is a waste of money.
